Hello and happy Friday! I’m so happy to report that the first Fables and Flames was FANTASTIC! I had an amazing time meeting readers, authors, performers, and artists. I also got to spend time with Mom, who ran my table while I was at my reading and later, my first ever author tea party. (We had so much fun together, especially since we got to go on a pilgrimage to Pop Mart!)

I truly loved attending so much! I hope the timing works out so that we can go again. This was such a wonderful book event and I definitely recommend checking it out! Keeping reading for more behind-the-scenes pics and to learn about my next (no cost) virtual event at Strong Women-Strange Worlds Holiday Extravaganza on December 13th!

As usual, I spent more time meeting readers and authors than remembering to take pictures, but that's okay. I had a wonderful time and would love to go back!

There was a bit of a wait before we could go in, but it was so much fun.

Since I’ve returned from a whirlwind convention season in November (three events in one month!), I’ve spent a lot of time curled up by the fire with my TBR (or in some cases, rereads), cats, and Tamagotchis. Winter arrived all at once and it looks like it’s here to stay for some time. Thankful for playing games and spending time with family over the last few days.

Both Hazel and Willow have been thrilled to have me back home. 💖 Andrea Eames signed a book plate for me at Fables and Flames since my personal copy was at home. She was so much fun to hang out with at the con!

Finally being able to rest after a busy season is such a blessing! It’s been good to have a little time off, but I’m also so happy to be back at revisions and working on a few other projects. I’m also looking forward to my next event, Strong Women-Strange Worlds Holiday Extravaganza on December 13th!
